Oh what an afternoon tea party it was! A large group of tea enthusiasts booked their spot for this wonderful tea experience at the new tea/cafe room Bohini. Participants were welcomed with a cold glass of Tettiera Fruity oolong iced tea. The event kicked off with a short tea talk explaining the fundamentals of the tea industry, types of teas and tisanes and the regions they come from. Four different blends were brewed to perfection and served to the party. Tea Tasting notes were given out to participants to write down their review about the blend. The dried and brewed tea leaves were analysed and notes taken on their shape, colour and odour. The flavour of the slurp was also noted together with the colour of the liquor and its aroma. The food and pastries menu was perfectly mastered by the Bohini team who created the perfect tea and food pairing for a charming afternoon tea party. Participants were also given a small token to enjoy at home, a Tettiera Eco Tea Sack.
