SPARKLING TEA is a new innovative beverage category developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. The exclusive taste is achieved using carefully selected teas and solely organic ingredients. The tea leaves soak in both hot and cold water over an extensive period of time, to extract the perfect flavour.
The key elements to creating Sparkling Tea lie in the careful selection and blend of tea types, the precision during production and the high quality of all ingredients. It is a very delicate process, and therefore only produced in small batches by the founders themselves.
Organic – All ingredients are purely organic.
Low-/non-alcoholic – The careful use of teas creates taste complexities and depth without depending on a high level of alcohol.
Up to 13 different teas are thoughtfully selected and combined in one bottle. The teas are thereafter brewed under different temperatures and time intervals, to extract the perfect taste. A small base of white wine, or grape juice is added in the non alcoholic version. A dash of fresh lemon juice is added to give slight acidity. Finally, the drink undergoes a carbonation process resulting in the same pressure as a sparkling wine, to create delicate bubbles, which complement the taste and lift the experience.
