Maltese Carob pods – roasted
The Maltese carob pod is famous for its rich aroma and flavour with a chocolate twist. Carobs are hand processed, cleaned, chopped and roasted to perfection. A great ingredient to add deep flavour to any sweet and savoury dishes. May be used for brewing on it’s own as a herbal infusion.
Can be consumed once brewed at least at 70 degrees to 100 degrees. Brew for 10 minutes.
