Cinnamomum loureiroi, also known as Vietnamese cassia


Cinnamon is well know for its complex and pungent flavour making it an ideal ingredient for culinary purposes. Saigon cinnamon is intensely peppery and warm with a slight bitter note.

Can be consumed once brewed at least at 70 degrees to 100 degrees. Brew for 10 minutes.
