Simply place 1 tea sack overnight in a 1.5lt pitcher of cold water. Wake up to find a tea rich in flavour and aroma. Add fresh fruit such as pineapple and mint to maximise its flavour.

Apple pieces, pineapple pieces, rosehips, cinnamon stick pieces, cloves and marigold petals.
