These Petits Sablés are handcrafted by the pastry chefs of La Sablésienne according to the recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1670 in Sablé. Noble ingredients from their region are used such as good fresh butter, eggs from free-range hens; No colouring, no preservatives, no additives.
