Drinking tea from a lovely cup with an indulgent pairing on the side turns your tea time, even if it is on the run into a moment of self indulgence. This is why we wanted to develop a unique artisan collection of pralines made from simply tea and tisane leaves and pure raw cacao. Tea & Cacao are different in many ways, yet they pair up beautifully. In the recent launch of our uniquely hand crafted tea & cacao pralines, we created the perfect match bursting with the raw flavours of the tea leaves and tisanes matched with raw cacao and blue agave syrup.
Proudly hand-crafted in Malta, the Tettiera tea & cacao pralines have been created and developed in collaboration with Jo’Anna Vella from Jo’s Delights – an excellent vegan and raw chef. After months of development, the true flavours of the ingredients have been captured in one single praline, with mouth-watering results, and sin-free too! They are Vegan friendly with no added white or brown sugars and no added milk. Sounds wonderful doesn’t it? …To be able to enjoy a real cocoa praline guilt-free! The artisan collection is the first in it’s kind and a perfect indulgent treat for yourself or the ideal gift for any tea lover.
The collection consists of 6 pralines namely: Berry Compote, Turmeric Utopia, Chamomile & Maltese Honey, Green Chai, Tgħanniqa (Maltese Carob) and Earl Grey Radiance.
